Service Description
* NOTE: The full day workshop is targeted for groups of 8 or more. During the Healing the Wrist Storytelling Workshop, Kevin will work with your team to foster a safe environment where stories are exchanged. As Kevin delves into certain parts of his past, he will also collaborate with the small group to share stories from each of their pasts. The goal here is not to solve, judge, or diagnose any issue; it is simply to allow the stories to be told and empathy to be built. When the workshop is complete, your team will have the momentum to move forward as a more empathetic unit! Kevin will go over Everyday Solutions to help address the challenges of Mental Health: 1) Tell your story to hear theirs. 2) Be observant. 3) Allow time to do its work — If you invest time, you will see results almost immediately. (Our team will give examples of this and how one can apply in many different situations.) 4) If you don’t fake it, you’ll actually make it. And most important: 5) Be Kind.
